Minor Servicing
Our minor service includes a full inspection and testing of the set to ensure its in full working order, any top ups required will be done and the set will be ran off load and a full service report detailing all infomation will be generated and sent via your method of choice.
Major Servicing
Our major service includes the minor services but with the addition of all the filters and oil being replaced.
Scheduled inspections and testing
weekly or monthly generator inspections and testing. we visit site to undertake a visual examination of the machine and run and test on or off load, at scheduled times throughout the year, we provide top ups and full reporting during these visits and the purpose of these visits regularly ensures the generator is in full working order.
Repairs
We offer full generator repairs with parts supplied direct from manufacturers and other suppliers. We work closely with hire companies and can also get hire sets on site if your set is down awaiting repairs.
Breakdowns & Call outs
We provide fast response to breakdowns and our call out services run 24/7. We even offer over the phone diagnostics and support with our fully qualified on call engineer before being dispatching to site.
Load Banking
we offer load bank services that are fully documented and reported. we can load bank all types and size generators for multiple reasons.
